Your privacy is critically important to us. This document outlines our practices regarding the collection, handling, and safeguarding of the personal details you submit via our website and lead-generation campaigns.

We strictly prohibit the sale, renting, or sharing of your personal details with outside parties for their independent marketing or advertising campaigns.
Our trusted partners include communication platforms (WhatsApp, email providers) and our internal CRM database. We will never distribute your data without your explicit permission, unless formally compelled by law.
The one exception you control is advertising measurement in our iPhone app, described in the next section: it only happens if you allow tracking when the app asks.
Our iPhone app uses the TikTok App Events SDK to see which of our TikTok ads lead people to install the app and create an account.
If you allow tracking when the app asks, the app sends TikTok your device's advertising identifier and a record of these actions: installing and opening the app, creating an account and signing in, along with technical details such as your IP address, device model and app version. We do not send TikTok your name, email address or phone number.
If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", none of this is sent. The SDK still downloads its settings from TikTok when the app starts, and Apple may tell TikTok, without identifying you, that an install came from one of our ads.
You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. TikTok's own use of this data is covered by TikTok's privacy policy.
We employ industry-standard digital and procedural safeguards to protect the data you share with us. That said, no method of digital storage or online transmission can be guaranteed as 100% secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
If you hold a GoChina account, in the mobile app or on this website, you can delete it at any time, along with the personal details attached to it. You can do this from Account settings inside the app, or on our account deletion page at www.goochinaa.com/delete-account without installing anything.
Deleting your account permanently erases your login, name, contact details and addresses. Invoices, payments and shipment records that Lebanese commercial and tax law requires us to retain are kept for the statutory period, with your personal identifying details stripped from them.
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date below.
